What will you be doing:
- Ensure
to capture and delivered on guests plans where turning moments into
memories is a priority
- Work
closely with the operational team to ensure the banquets Event orders are
created and keenly executed
- Display
leadership, training and mentorship to the banqueting team
- Ensure
address guests priorities and respond professionally offering
solutions
- Ensure
timely setup of events, meeting conferences, ensure seamless collaboration
with culinary and stewarding team.
- Assist
to plan and ensure all event operations are up to the Fairmont standards.
- Allocate
tasks, supervise and inspect the entirety of all events from set-up,
service, clearing and clean-up.
- Follow
outlet policies, procedures and service standards

Your experience and
skills include:
- University
degree preferable in Hospitality or Culinary management
- Minimum
two (2) years progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience,
preferably in Banquets at a luxury property
- Computer
knowledge, particularly POS (MICROS) and Microsoft Office an asset
- Hands
on management style with ability to prioritize and lead through example
- Excellent
organizational and communication skills
- Ability
to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all
times
- Service
focused personality with previous leadership experience preferably in a
luxury property
- Strong
interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability
to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability
to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
