What will you be doing:

  • Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
  • Ensure consistency in the preparation of all meat items
  • Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
  • Ensure hygiene standards in the butchery are at a high standard
  • Managing the stocks of the butchery to ensure meats are always in stock as per the kitchens needs

  Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma in Hospitality /  Culinary Management
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a 5-star hotel
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
