What will you be doing:
- Actively
share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure
consistency in the preparation of all meat items
- Communicate
effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Ensure
hygiene standards in the butchery are at a high standard
- Managing
the stocks of the butchery to ensure meats are always in stock as per the
kitchens needs
Your experience and
skills include:
- Diploma
in Hospitality / Culinary Management
- Minimum
2 years previous experience in a 5-star hotel
- Ability
to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability
to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
