A microfinance bank in Kenya is
looking for a Credit Manager, the Manager Credit will establish a
credit department whose role will be to manage the entire credit function to
enhance the business growth and profitability of the Bank.
This will among other credit roles
entail setting up a system that will help in appraising loans, approvals,
disbursements, loan repayments and debt management.
Salary range: Kes 2 500 000– Kes 1 500 000
Education: Bachelors
+ CPA + Credit Training
Experience: 5 yrs +

Key Responsibilities
- Review loan documents and liaise with internal
and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit
administration duties
- Conduct periodical review on loan
administration policy and procedures to streamline workflow
- Control the recording, deposit and withdrawal
of the security documentations properly
- Generate, review and maintain loan
disbursement reports for presentation to credit committees, and provide
monthly reports on the same, in accordance to the credit policy and
guidelines.
