Office Administrator II manages correspondence, records, and executive appointments, requiring a Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies or Office Management.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing
office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Organizing
and maintaining filing systems (both physical and electronic)
- Monitoring
office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Ensuring
office equipment is functional and arranging repairs when needed
- Handling
confidential documents with discretion
- Managing
databases and updating information regularly
- Welcoming
visitors and responding to inquiries professionally
Requirements
- For
appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: –
- Bachelor’s
degree in any of the following disciplines: – Business Administration;
Office Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized
institution;
- Computer
literacy; and
- Fulfill
the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
