Responsible for providing leadership and supervision of nursing services, coordinating patient care, managing nursing staff and duty rosters, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, monitoring quality and patient safety, supporting infection prevention, managing nursing resources, and preparing reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing, registration with the Nursing Council of Kenya and a valid practising licence, with relevant hospital nursing and leadership experience. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- Degree
or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- At
least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Valid
professional practicing license.
- Strong
leadership, communication, coordination and team-management skills.
