Osho Chemical is seeking to recruit a seasoned and results-oriented professional to join their team as the Head of Sales & Marketing. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and enhancing overall business profitability.

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership to the Sales and Marketing function by developing and executing effective strategies informed by market intelligence, customer insights, and industry trends. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and hands-on experience within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on B2B and distributor-led business models.

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead a multi-functional team and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, supply chain, and production to deliver business object

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to deliver high performance
  • Strengthen existing distribution channels and expand into new markets, including exports
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Oversee sales and marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
  • Use market insights and data to inform decision-making and improve performance
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality and operational standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • An MBA will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in a sales leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in B2B and distributor-led sales models
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
