What We’re
Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
within a reputable hotel
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Hotel
Management or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a
customer-focused mindset
What
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Overseeing front office operations (reception,
reservations, guest services)
- Leading, training, and supervising front office
staff
- Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and
handling escalations
- Monitoring occupancy, revenue performance, and
reports
- Coordinating with other departments for seamless
operations
