We are seeking a Client Service Associate who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the trade desk by assisting clients in executing trades via Bank Wire and ACH transfers. The role also involves developing relationships with prospective clients, onboarding new clientele, and maintaining strong client relationships through calls, texts, and email communications.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current
clients, while also making outbound communications to assist clients and
promote company services.
- Utilize company compliance policies and standard operating
procedures to accurately and efficiently complete assigned tasks.
- Work closely with the compliance team to identify and report
suspicious activities through internal SAR tickets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Educate clients on cryptocurrency basics, including wallet
walkthroughs, Bitcoin, and other crypto offerings.
- Track individual performance on a quarterly basis, including call
quality, approved registration ratio, approved-to-trading ratio, and
average trades per client.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service or client
relations.
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
- Computer proficiency.
- Flexibility with working hours.
