Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis within the real estate industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and investment opportunities.
  • Gather and analyze economic, demographic, and industry data to support business decisions.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports and feasibility studies.

Business Analysis

  • Analyze business performance and operational data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct financial and investment analysis for real estate projects.

Research & Development

  • Identify emerging trends and innovations within the real estate sector.
  • Support product development and new business initiatives through data-driven research.
  • Assist management in evaluating new markets and expansion opportunities.

Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Present research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate databases and research documentation.

Stakeholder Support

  • Collaborate with internal departments including sales, finance, projects, and property management.
  • Support decision-making processes with reliable data and analytical insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business analysis, Market research & Real estate research
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and strategic research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent research and reporting abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
