the Role:
We’re
looking for a proactive Client Service Intern Job with at leIast 6
months’ prior experience in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity
is ideal for someone seeking hands-on exposure across various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Maintain HR records and support daily administrative tasks.
- Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and staff activities.
- Support internal communication and employee engagement efforts.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in HR or related field.
- Minimum 3-6 months HR/admin experience.
- Organized, professional, and eager to learn.
- Proficient in MS Suite/Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Must be flexible and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills and a strong sense of integrity and
discretion.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Be presentable and well-groomed.
