Our
client in the logistics industry is looking to hire a Senior Pricing Executive who will be
responsible for developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies for
logistics services, ensuring profitability while maintaining market
competitiveness.
This
role oversees the end-to-end tendering process, including analysis of customer
requirements, preparation of accurate cost estimates, and submission of bids
within stipulated timelines. The position requires close collaboration with
sales, operations, and finance teams to optimize pricing models, manage risk,
and support business growth through strategic pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Proposal
and Contract Management
- Prepare detailed pricing proposals for customers, considering
specific service requirements, cost structures, and profitability targets.
- Support the sales team during contract negotiations.
Compliance
and Governance
- Ensure all pricing activities comply with internal policies,
guidelines, and international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Comply with all company processes, procedures and policies
Stakeholder
Collaboration
Work
closely with sales, operations, procurement, and international branches to
align pricing strategies with business needs and ensure seamless communication
and service delivery.
Process
Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement in pricing processes and implement
innovative solutions or technologies to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness
Reporting
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor revenue and trade
volume forecasts, and compile regular performance reports for management.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in supply chain/shipping/ freight forwarding.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations, knowledge of custom
regulations & shipping, pricing & tendering.
- Experienced in air freight and road freight quotation and sea
freight & cross border quotation
- Tender document & tendering process.
- Excellent knowledge of international trade & logistics.
- Microsoft office proficiency.
- Knowledge of tender procedures & regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
