Duties and Responsibilities
Front
Desk Management:
- Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a courteous and
professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Brand
Representation:
- Act as the face of the company during events, exhibitions, and
marketing campaigns.
- Present the company professionally and engage with potential clients
to enhance brand image.
- Model company products and services when required.
Event Participation:
- Support the marketing team during company events, product launches,
and promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events as needed.
Administrative
Support:
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments
and managing office supplies.
- Maintain records of visitors and client interactions.
Key Requirement Skills
And Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or
related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, customer service,
modeling, or brand representation is highly desirable.
- Professional appearance with strong personal grooming and
presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable in front of a camera and in public-facing roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
