Model Receptionist Job in Kenya (50K)

Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and attend to visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Brand Representation:

  • Act as the face of the company during events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Present the company professionally and engage with potential clients to enhance brand image.
  • Model company products and services when required.

Event Participation:


  • Support the marketing team during company events, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Maintain records of visitors and client interactions.

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in reception, front office, customer service, modeling, or brand representation is highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance with strong personal grooming and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable in front of a camera and in public-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
