Duties and Responsibilities
Guest
Service & Hospitality
- Welcome guests warmly and provide menu guidance,
recommendations, and detailed explanations when requested
- Take orders accurately and serve food and
beverages efficiently
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest
inquiries and complaints
Order
& Table Management
- Set up and clear tables following standard
service procedures
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor
presentation standards
- Assist in coordinating with kitchen staff for
smooth order flow
POS & Billing
- Process guest orders, payments, and billing
accurately using POS systems
- Maintain records of served meals and beverages
for inventory tracking
Cleanliness
& Safety Compliance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables,
service stations, and dining areas
- Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to
ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Teamwork
& Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure
smooth service during busy periods
- Support training of new waitstaff and share
knowledge of best practices
Key
Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Certificate in Food & Beverage Service is an
added advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant
service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing
excellent guest service
