Duties and Responsibilities

Guest Service & Hospitality

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide menu guidance, recommendations, and detailed explanations when requested
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and complaints

Order & Table Management

  • Set up and clear tables following standard service procedures
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders and monitor presentation standards
  • Assist in coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth order flow

POS & Billing


  • Process guest orders, payments, and billing accurately using POS systems
  • Maintain records of served meals and beverages for inventory tracking

Cleanliness & Safety Compliance

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods
  • Support training of new waitstaff and share knowledge of best practices

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification

  • Certificate in Food & Beverage Service is an added advantage
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent guest service
