About us:
We are a faith-based grassroots organization based in
Nyahururu, that works to build strong capacity in communities of all faiths to
care for, involve, and empower vulnerable groups of people in the communities
such as children in need of care and protection, people with mental illnesses,
and survivors of human rights violations.
QUALIFICATIONS
& EXPERIENCE
- University Degree (preferably Community
Development, Social Work, Project Management
- Proven involvement in Social Work &
Community Affairs
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Committed and highly motivated to work in an
organization that works for the vulnerable in the community.
- High level of Enthusiasm, Team Spirit,
Self-initiative, creativity, and responsibility
Purpose: The trainees will remain in the organization
from (March-Dec 2026) and will gain practical insights on leadership, project
management, and community development in a very challenging work environment.
Job coaching and various trainings will be given.
MONTHLY UPKEEP: KSH. 15,000
