The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming students, visitors, and partners; handling inquiries; supporting admissions and sales processes; and ensuring smooth front-office operations while delivering a professional, friendly experience that reflects the college’s brand and values.
Qualifications:
- Certificate or Diploma in Front Office
- Management, Customer Service or related field
- Minimum of two years of previous experience as a
receptionist, front office or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- String interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google
Workspace
- Presentable and well organized
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
