The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming students, visitors, and partners; handling inquiries; supporting admissions and sales processes; and ensuring smooth front-office operations while delivering a professional, friendly experience that reflects the college’s brand and values.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Front Office
  • Management, Customer Service or related field
  • Minimum of two years of previous experience as a receptionist, front office or customer service role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • String interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Presentable and well organized
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced “environment
