We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact, manage daily office operations, handle correspondence and front‑desk activities, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and support basic HR and finance tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and general
office operations
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and
front-desk activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date office and
company records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and overall
office logistics
- Provide support for basic HR tasks as requested
by line managers
- Assist with basic finance-related duties,
including petty cash handling and expense tracking
- Ensure smooth daily office operations while
adhering to company procedures
Your Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Business
Management, Office Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an
administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and
attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly in terms of time
