Office Administrator Job in Kenya - IKA

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Office Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. In this role, you will act as a central point of contact, manage daily office operations, handle correspondence and front‑desk activities, coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, and support basic HR and finance tasks.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and general office operations
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and front-desk activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date office and company records
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and overall office logistics
  • Provide support for basic HR tasks as requested by line managers
  • Assist with basic finance-related duties, including petty cash handling and expense tracking
  • Ensure smooth daily office operations while adhering to company procedures

Your Qualifications


  • Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Office Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Email)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly in terms of time
