We are looking for a Friendly, Confident, and Fast learner Shop Attendant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so a Positive attitude, Good communication skills, and a Heart for service are very important.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the shop with
warmth and professionalism
- Help customers choose products and answer
questions clearly
- Handle customer orders, pickups, and dispatch
- Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to record
sales and track stock.
- Maintaining stock records and assisting in
inventory management.
- Keeping the shop clean, neat, and well arranged
at all times
- Maintain a friendly, respectful, and
professional attitude
Requirements
- Applicant living within Nairobi
- Friendly, honest, and confident when interacting
with customers
- Good communication skills and basic multitasking
ability
- Organized, punctual, and responsible
- Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or a
related customer-facing role
- Computer literate and able to handle basic
online tasks
- A Christian with strong values, integrity, and a
service-oriented mindset
