SkinSol Aesthetics Clinic is seeking a professional, client-focused Front Desk Executive with experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic, and a strong passion for customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, professional, and consistent client experience from
first contact to check-out.
- Welcome and attend to clients courteously at reception.
- Manage appointments, bookings, confirmations, and reschedules
accurately.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, & online inquiries promptly and
professionally.
- Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, & client flow.
- Provide clear information on services, pricing, & promotions.
- Manage client check-in, check-out, & basic billing support.
- Support client follow-ups, rebooking, & feedback collection.
- Maintain a clean, organized, & welcoming front desk area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medispa or aesthetic clinic (mandatory)
- Diploma or Certificate in Customer Service, Hospitality, or a
related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to handle client concerns and deliver service
recovery when needed
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM, and POS tools
- Professional appearance and service-driven mindset
