Role Summary
- We’re looking for a Client
Service Intern (Marketing) to
support our client servicing team in coordinating campaigns and
activations — ensuring communication, timelines, and deliverables stay on
track from planning to execution. This role is open to a blend of
university candidates and qualified applicants with relevant
marketing/client coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client servicing: updates, timelines,
coordination, and follow-ups with stakeholders
- Assist in preparing briefs, status reports,
presentations, and post-campaign summaries
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative,
operations, finance) to track deliverables and deadlines
- Conduct basic research and compile insights
(brand checks, competitor reviews, campaign learnings)
- Support on-ground activations where required
(Nairobi + travel when needed)
Qualifications & Skills
- Exposure/background in
Marketing/Communications/PR/Brand (through work, projects, volunteering,
freelancing, or coursework)
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
and confidence with follow-ups
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able
to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Google Workspace/MS Office
(Docs/Sheets/Slides)
- Working knowledge of Canva (creating simple
marketing assets, presentations, or layouts)
- Interest in experiential marketing, events, and
brand activations
