Role Overview
We
are hiring an experienced Client Service Executive to lead
day-to-day client engagement, support pitching, and oversee the execution of
BTL activations and events. This role suits a confident, detail-oriented
professional who can manage multiple projects and deliver consistently high
standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients (updates,
meetings, feedback, approvals).
- Participate in client meetings and presentations; maintain strong
and professional client relationships.
- Support pitching by preparing proposals, timelines, budgets, and
client-ready presentation materials.
- Translate client briefs into clear internal execution plans
(deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, budget considerations).
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver BTL
activations and events end-to-end.
- Oversee on-ground execution to ensure quality control, brand
compliance, and effective issue resolution.
- Track project progress, risks, and changes; communicate proactively
with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support post-activation reporting (photos, outcomes, insights, and
wrap-up reports).
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a closely related
field (key requirement).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Client Service
within a BTL/Experiential/Event agency environment.
- Strong understanding of BTL execution, events operations, and client
management workflows.
- Proficient in Canva for creating and polishing
client-ready decks, proposals, and simple collateral.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
skills.
- Strong coordination skills (vendors, timelines, budgets,
deliverables).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and manage
multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides skills and an eye for clean
presentation design.
- Experience supporting pitch decks, proposals, and project budgeting.
- Knowledge of production, branding, and event logistics.
- Experience compiling post-event/client reports.
