Real Estate Marketing Intern Job in Kenya (15-20K)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source and list properties (land, rentals, and sales) within Nairobi and surrounding areas
  • Identify and approach property owners, landlords, and developers for new listings
  • Conduct property viewings and guide prospective clients through the process
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials – photos, videos, and online listings
  • Promote properties via online platforms, social media, and in the field
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
  • Maintain and update the client and property database
  • Collect market information – trends, prices, competitor activity, and client preferences
  • Assist in negotiations and communicate between clients and property owners
  • Support the sales team in meeting targets, including arranging meetings and preparing documentation
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve sales and marketing skills
  • Occasionally assist in office administrative tasks related to marketing and sales

Key Requirement Skills And Qualification


  • Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate marketing or sales
  • Must be trainable, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong interest in field sourcing and client acquisition
  • Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
