Duties and Responsibilities
- Source and list properties (land, rentals, and
sales) within Nairobi and surrounding areas
- Identify and approach property owners,
landlords, and developers for new listings
- Conduct property viewings and guide prospective
clients through the process
- Assist in preparing marketing materials –
photos, videos, and online listings
- Promote properties via online platforms, social
media, and in the field
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
- Maintain and update the client and property
database
- Collect market information – trends, prices,
competitor activity, and client preferences
- Assist in negotiations and communicate between
clients and property owners
- Support the sales team in meeting targets,
including arranging meetings and preparing documentation
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to
improve sales and marketing skills
- Occasionally assist in office administrative
tasks related to marketing and sales
Key Requirement Skills And Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or
a related field
- Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate
marketing or sales
- Must be trainable, proactive, and
results-oriented
- Strong interest in field sourcing and client
acquisition
- Good knowledge of Nairobi and its environs
