RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise petty cash management, reimbursements,
and utility bill payments.
- Oversee procurement processes including
preparation of LPOs and control of consumables.
- Coordinate maintenance, fueling, and general
upkeep of company assets and facilities.
- Lead health, safety, and security initiatives in
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external service providers and
coordinate their activities across departments.
- Manage regulatory inspections, licensing, and
ensure ongoing compliance.
- Conduct branch visits and oversee facilities
development and improvement projects.
- Prepare operational reports and escalate unusual
incidents to management and authorities.
- Perform any other assigned job related duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business
management/administration from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years experience in facility
management
- Exposure in use of SAP in added advantage.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and
licensing requirements
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good negotiation & communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
