RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing
strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strengthen brand positioning, consistency, and
visual identity across all channels.
- Plan and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns
(digital, social, in-store, influencers).
- Oversee content creation, digital marketing,
SEO/SEM, paid media, and performance analytics.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and sales
through promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer
insights, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, reporting, and
performance optimization.
- Lead and coordinate marketing teams, agencies,
and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Perform any other assigned job related duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications,
Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in same role.
Experience in retail industry is an added advantage.
- Exposure to SEO/SEM analytics tools, and
performance marketing.
- Experience working with marketing agencies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and
analytics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving & negotiating
skills.
