Finance Manager Job in Kenya - Bilmax Insurance Brokers

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
  • Manage income, receivables, payables, commissions, and costs
  • Prepare financial reports and profitability analysis
  • Support forecasting, variance analysis, and board reporting
  • Ensure regulatory, tax, and audit compliance
  • Maintain financial records, controls, and ERP accuracy
  • Enforce financial policies and drive cost efficiency
  • Support strategy, pricing, and compensation decisions
  • Monitor financial and operational KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • CPA (K) or ACCA qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in insurance or brokerage
  • Strong accounting skills including GL, AP/AR, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Birthmark, or similar platforms)
