Is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services, regulatory compliance, business performance, and effective people management. This role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management,
Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant
field
- At least three (3) years of working experience
in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills (especially
Health Management Information Systems).
