We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC). Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain-BIDCORO, the CSC will be the link between customers, sales, planning, production, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A
glimpse of the key responsibilities:
- Receiving, reviewing and processing customer
orders accurately.
- Managing customer orders from confirmation
through to production, dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinating with planning and production to
align customer demand with production schedules.
- Monitoring order progress and proactively
communicate risks, delays, changes to customers.
- Coordinating dispatch of finished goods for both
local & export sales
- Ensuring accuracy of all customer documentation.
- Following up on deliveries and receipt of proof
of delivery
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, Logistics, or any related discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience
in customer service, order management, supply chain coordination.
- Strong customer service & coordination
skills.
