Customer Service Coordinator Job in Kenya - BIDCORO

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC). Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain-BIDCORO, the CSC will be the link between customers, sales, planning, production, warehouse, logistics and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A glimpse of the key responsibilities:

  • Receiving, reviewing and processing customer orders accurately.
  • Managing customer orders from confirmation through to production, dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinating with planning and production to align customer demand with production schedules.

  • Monitoring order progress and proactively communicate risks, delays, changes to customers.
  • Coordinating dispatch of finished goods for both local & export sales
  • Ensuring accuracy of all customer documentation.
  • Following up on deliveries and receipt of proof of delivery

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in customer service, order management, supply chain coordination.
  • Strong customer service & coordination skills.

REMUNERATION Individually negotiated based on experience & qualifications, at an attractive level.
