Role Description
We are
seeking a detail-oriented, efficient, and customer-focused Reservations Agent to
join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all booking
requests, coordinating room allocations, ensuring accurate documentation, and
supporting smooth operations from enquiry to confirmation.
This
role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and the
ability to work under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of
service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Reservations and Customer
Service
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience with GranIT system
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and
handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and
the ability to remain organized
- Minimum 4 years experience in tourism in a
similar role
- Fluency in English; additional language skills
are a bonus
