Regulatory Compliance & Audits Consultant / Trainer Job in Kenya - IRES

Position Summary:

The Regulatory Compliance & Audits Consultant / Trainer will support organizations in strengthening regulatory compliance, governance, internal controls, and audit readiness through training and consultancy engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on regulatory compliance, governance, and internal audit frameworks.
• Conduct compliance reviews, gap analyses, and risk-based audits.
• Advise on policy development and regulatory alignment.
• Support audit preparation, corrective action implementation, and follow-up.
• Train management and staff on compliance obligations and risk awareness.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Master’s degree (minimum) in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Governance, or related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CRMA, or equivalent.
• Membership in a recognized professional or regulatory body is an advantage.
• At least 8–10 years’ experience in compliance, audit, governance, or risk management.
