The Role

  • We’re looking for an entry-level Data Analyst to support our analytics and performance reporting function. In this role, you will gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple digital channels to generate insights that improve campaign performance and business outcomes.
  • You will work closely with the digital, creative, and client teams to translate raw data into clear, actionable stories that guide strategic decisions and optimization across accounts.

Key Responsibilities.


  • Collect, compile, and maintain datasets from multiple business systems or external sources.
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
  • Create structured data repositories or databases for internal use.
  • Maintain well-organized documentation for data definitions, sources, and workflows.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
  • Generate regular reports, dashboards, and scorecards to measure performance.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear, concise format to stakeholders.
  • Support departments with ad hoc queries and data needs.
  • Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support problem solving using evidence-based analysis.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, or KPI monitoring efforts.
  • Conduct basic statistical analyses to understand relationships and performance shifts.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Communicate insights to cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, Commercial, etc.).
  • Convert technical findings into accessible, business-friendly language.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, workflows, or business strategy based on results.
  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining standards, rules, and format consistency.
  • Validate reporting inputs to avoid duplication, inconsistency, or bias.
  • Participate in efforts to improve data collection processes and analytical frameworks.
  • Support the development of data policies, SOPs, and data usage guidelines.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Internship or 1+ year of experience in analytics, digital marketing, media, or performance reporting.
  • Exposure to GA4, Google Tag Manager, or digital media dashboards.
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Python for analytics.
  • Experience measuring paid media performance (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with agency environments or cross-functional project workflows.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
