Qualifications
For appointment, a candidate must have
a Bachelor’s Degree in Human
Resource Management and Development, Economics, Statistics, Business
Administration or equivalent qualification from a university recognized in
Kenya;
Duties and responsibilities
- participating in monitoring and
statistical analysis of assigned human resource functions in Ministries,
State Departments and Agencies;
- implementing policies and guidelines on
values and ethics in the Public Service;
- conducting sensitization programmes on
code of conduct, ethics, values, principles, and declarations of income,
assets, and liabilities;
- initiating the administration of policies
and guidelines on declaration of income, assets, and liabilities in the
service;
- receiving and recording of wealth
declaration forms;
- supporting monitoring of implementation
of regulations, policies, and procedures; and
- performing other routine Compliance Audit
duties.
