Accounts Clerk Job in Kenya - Dune Packaging

Location: Thika, Kenya

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily sorting, booking, and posting of purchase invoices into the system
  • Daily filing of invoices
  • Monthly preparation and processing of general cargo bills
  • Requesting monthly statements from foreign suppliers
  • Requesting suppliers’ statements and performing monthly reconciliations
  • Sending daily remittances and bank deposit slips to suppliers after payments
  • Sending daily Telegraphic Transfers (T.Ts) to foreign suppliers
  • Preparing weekly and monthly bank reconciliations for all companies
  • Monthly analysis of allocated expenses
  • Conducting monthly stock takes and reconciliation
  • Performing any other finance-related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:


  • CPA Sec III or Diploma in a Business-related course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Business Central (or similar ERP systems)
