Key Responsibilities
Administrative
and Messenger Duties
- Collect, deliver, and distribute office
correspondence, parcels, and documents within and outside the office.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and
basic clerical tasks as directed.
- Support the administrative team in maintaining
proper records and ensuring the confidentiality of office information.
- Run errands to banks, post offices, or other
institutions as required.
- Clean and maintain office areas, meeting rooms,
corridors, and kitchens
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are
properly used, stored, and replenished when necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the
Administrative Officer for action.
- Maintain orderliness and ensure hygienic
standards are consistently upheld.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments
for staff and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep the kitchen and service areas neat,
organized, and fully stocked.
- Support office meetings and events with
hospitality services when required.
- Support general office operations as may be
assigned by management.
- Maintain a positive attitude, punctuality, and a
high level of professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in
Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
within an office environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking
abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality,
and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work
under minimal supervision.
- High level of personal hygiene, integrity, and
reliability.
- Flexibility to handle multiple roles and assist
in various office functions.
