Description
The
Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for developing
content across written, visual, and multimedia formats, managing social media
engagement, supporting digital campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality
brand representation online. This role also involves training customers both
onsite and online on how to use our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality visual and
written content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, product stories).
- Manage social media platforms: posting,
responding, and community engagement.
- Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned
with brand activities and campaigns.
- Conduct client training and product
demonstrations for tracking and fleet management solutions.
- Monitor social trends and adjust strategies to
maintain relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, influencers,
and media stakeholders.
- Track, analyze, and report social performance
metrics to improve results.
- Uphold company values, policies, and health
& safety guidelines.
Minimum
Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any relevant field from a
recognized institution.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in social media management and
content creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva,
Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content
optimization strategies.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and basic
video editing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth
environment.
- Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to
learn.
