School Administrator Job in Kenya

This role is more than administration it’s about shaping the future of education in underserved communities. You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth coordination of academic, administrative, and operational functions while fostering an environment where learners, teachers, and the community thrive together.

As a School Administrator, you’ll:

  • Oversee daily school activities and ensure a safe, inclusive environment
  • Support teachers and staff through effective leadership and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate school records and ensure compliance with education policies
  • Strengthen parent and community relationships through open communication
  • Champion child protection and safeguarding principles

We’re looking for someone with:=


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in school administration or educational leadership
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school management systems
