You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth coordination of academic, administrative, and operational functions while fostering an environment where learners, teachers, and the community thrive together.
As a School Administrator, you’ll:
- Oversee daily school activities and ensure a
safe, inclusive environment
- Support teachers and staff through effective
leadership and collaboration
- Maintain accurate school records and ensure
compliance with education policies
- Strengthen parent and community relationships
through open communication
- Champion child protection and safeguarding
principles
We’re looking for someone with:=
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education,
Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in school administration
or educational leadership
- Strong organizational, communication, and
leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management
systems
- A deep commitment to Beyond the Vision
