Key responsibilities:
- Perform basic Salesforce administration tasks,
including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and
other routine tasks.
- Assist in training new end-users on the
Salesforce platform.
- Grow the Salesforce skill set across the
organization.
- Maintain Salesforce databases and ensure data
integrity.
- Provide Tier 1 support to business users,
addressing immediate operational and/or technical issues.
- Collaborate with various teams to optimize
Salesforce functionality and improve user experience.
Competencies
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a
Salesforce.com administrator.
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, with a
focus on Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com Admin tools
(Admin I certification preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a
customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
