Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting product requirements,
workflows, and feature requests.
- Conduct research on competitor offerings,
pricing models, and customer preferences (especially diaspora-focused
services).
- Participate in product testing and feature
validation to ensure usability and client satisfaction.
- Create and schedule social media content
highlighting Vunoh’s product benefits and customer success stories.
- Assist in planning and executing product
marketing campaigns targeting diaspora communities (Facebook, TikTok,
LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, and community pages).
- Support the development and execution of
December holiday campaigns, promoting Vunoh’s Errand, Investment, and Real
Estate services for seasonal needs (e.g., gifting, home support, family
errands).
- Conduct outreach to diaspora associations,
church groups, and influencer partners for campaign collaboration.
- Support process improvement initiatives that
enhance customer experience and retention.
- Document client feedback and prepare summary
reports for the Product and Client Service teams.
- Manage social media engagement (comments, DMs,
inquiries) and escalate potential leads to the Product or Client Service
team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in
Business, Marketing, Communication, or Technology.
- Strong interest in product management, diaspora
marketing, or fintech innovation
- Excellent communication, organization, and
digital marketing skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools
(Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or HubSpot).
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
with a passion for storytelling.
- A minimum Score of B in your KSCE exams.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and
collaborate across teams.
- Bonus: Understanding of diaspora communities and
cross-border customer behaviour
