Personal Assistant and Office Manager Internship Job in Kenya - Regal Engineering & Construction

Position Overview

We are offering a 1-month probationary internship for the position of Personal Assistant & Office Manager. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing administrative tasks, supporting the executive management team, and ensuring smooth operational workflow. The internship will be fully remote, but the selected candidate may occasionally be required to be physically present at specific locations on sort notice.

Successful completion of the probationary internship may lead to a full-time employment offer based on performance and company needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing
  • Director and senior management.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, client meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Oversee office operations remotely, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Be adaptable and ready to attend specified locations when requested.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks required by the management team.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or in an administrative role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, proactive, and flexible, especially regarding occasional on-site requirements.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic, multi-sector business.
