Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting and delivering office items,
documents, mail, parcels and postage;.
- Carrying out photocopying and document
binding;
- Maintaining general cleanliness in area
of deployment;
- Collecting and disposing litter;
- Moving and arranging office equipment and
furniture;
- Preparing Tea; and
- Locking and opening office premises;
Person Specifications
Mandatory requirements:
- Served in the grade of Office Assistant
II for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Have Kenya Certificate of Secondary
Education mean grade D- or equivalent qualification;
- Be proficient in computer applications;
- Have shown merit and ability as reflected
in work performance and results.
