Hospital Administrator Job in Kenya - Care Point Divine Hospital

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulatory bodies and licensing requirements.
  • Supervise departmental heads and support staff performance management.
  • Coordinate clinical and administrative functions to enhance patient experience.
  • Monitor financial performance, cost control, and resource utilization.
  • Lead facility safety, risk management, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Liaise with insurance partners, corporate accounts, and community stakeholders.
  • Support marketing, business growth, and service expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare operational reports for senior management and governance bodies.

Education Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
  • Required Experience – Minimum 3–5 years experience in hospital administration or clinical leadership.
  • Prior experience in a busy healthcare facility is mandatory.
  • Experience interacting with NHIF and private insurance providers is an advantage.
