Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hospital operations and workflow
efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulatory bodies
and licensing requirements.
- Supervise departmental heads and support staff
performance management.
- Coordinate clinical and administrative functions
to enhance patient experience.
- Monitor financial performance, cost control, and
resource utilization.
- Lead facility safety, risk management, and
quality assurance initiatives.
- Liaise with insurance partners, corporate
accounts, and community stakeholders.
- Support marketing, business growth, and service
expansion initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports for senior
management and governance bodies.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management,
Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health,
or related field.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field is an
added advantage.
- Required Experience – Minimum 3–5 years
experience in hospital administration or clinical leadership.
- Prior experience in a busy healthcare facility
is mandatory.
- Experience interacting with NHIF and private
insurance providers is an advantage.
