Job Description
- Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft emails, schedule
meetings, and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across
multiple time zones
- Organize travel and logistics for the CEO and
select team members
- Prepare internal and external documents,
reports, and summaries
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for project and
goal oversight using Google Sheets
- Monitor progress on team deliverables and ensure
timely follow-through
- Manage receipts, expenses, and liaise with the
accountant for reconciliations
- Handle personal matters with utmost
confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in executive or
administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to
manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Google Workspace and digital
tracking tools
- Excellent written communication and keen
attention to detail
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented
mindset
