Executive Assistant Job in Kenya - Kofisi Africa

Job Description

  • Triage the CEO’s inbox, draft emails, schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate complex calendars and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Organize travel and logistics for the CEO and select team members
  • Prepare internal and external documents, reports, and summaries
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for project and goal oversight using Google Sheets
  • Monitor progress on team deliverables and ensure timely follow-through
  • Manage receipts, expenses, and liaise with the accountant for reconciliations
  • Handle personal matters with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements


  • 2–3 years of experience in executive or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and digital tracking tools
  • Excellent written communication and keen attention to detail
  • Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
