Dispatch Officer/ Clerk Job in Kenya - Kilimall

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure 100% daily clearance of FBK, DS, and global orders.
  • Accurately sort, pack, and label all verified orders before dispatch.
  • Monitor and coordinate timely truck and rider dispatch.
  • Maintain order accuracy, proper weight measurement, and packaging standards.
  • Support process efficiency and uphold warehouse 5S standards.

Qualifications


  • Diploma in a related field (experience in warehousing is an added advantage).
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.
  • Computer literate and accurate in task execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.
  • Team-oriented, disciplined, and highly organized.
