Customer Experience Representative Job in Kenya

As the Customer Experience Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing assistance and support throughout their real estate journey. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
  • Experience using CRM systems or customer management tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, particularly land plot sales in Kiambu, Nairobi, and Kajiado, or a willingness to learn quickly.
