Location: Eldoret
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in generating financial reports and
statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash
flow
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and
internal controls
- Provide support during audits and assist with
documentation
- Manage invoicing, receivables, and payables
Key Requirements:
- CPA qualification (completed or advanced stages)
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance,
Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and
organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
