Keru Solar is seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Business Development & Front Office Officer to support their commercial growth and daily operations.
They are looking for a
proactive, organized, and professional individual passionate about renewable
energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new
business opportunities in solar
- Maintain and follow up on
a strong pipeline of prospects
- Support sales with
product knowledge (FoxESS & Keru Solar solutions)
- Serve as the first point
of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage front-office
operations and ensure a professional reception
- Handle office
administration, documentation, and basic bookkeeping
- Assist management with
reports, minutes, errands, and follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business
Administration, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience in
business development, front-office operations, and sales support in the
renewable energy sector
- Experience in solar is a
strong advantage
- Excellent communication,
customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office
and CRM tools
- Understanding of solar
systems is an added advantage
- Professional,
presentable, and highly reliable
- Must be fluent in English
