Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store
operations to ensure smooth service, top quality, and customer
satisfaction.
- Lead, train, schedule,
and motivate the team (bakers, baristas, and service staff).
- Maintain high standards
of hygiene, safety, and operational excellence.
- Manage inventory, conduct
stock checks, handle ordering, and monitor wastage.
- Maintain and grow vendor,
supplier, and operations.
- Collaborate with
marketing team to execute in-store campaigns and promotions.
- Manage customer feedback
and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Prepare regular reports
on performance, staffing, and operational results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years in the
Food & Beverage industry.
- with at least 2 years in
a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of
managing high-volume retail, café, or bakery.
- Strong leadership,
organizational, and people skills.
- Proficient in POS,
inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work
weekends and holidays when needed.
