Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc).
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate customer inquiries/messages on social media in a timely, professional manner.
  • Track and analyze content performance, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and viral content relevant to our industry.
  • Assist in running paid ads, boosting posts, and coordinating influencer collaborations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital communications.
  • Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions with tailored digital content.

Who We’re Looking For


  • A creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
