A client in the real estate sector is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee financial operations for its overseas project subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local fiscal, financial, and taxation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations for overseas
subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial and accounting
systems for international projects.
- Conduct cost control and budgeting for overseas
entities.
- Forecast funding requirements, manage daily cash
flow, and enhance capital utilization.
- Prepare and submit both local and international
financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Manage foreign exchange risks and safeguard
shareholder interests.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance,
Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial
management or related work.
- Fluent in English; ability to use it as a
working language.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork
skills.
- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and
attention to detail.
