Role Overview
As a Graduate
Trainee in our Residential Agency Department,
you’ll work closely with our sales and lettings team to support clients in
finding their dream homes and investment properties. This role is designed to
give you end-to-end exposure to residential brokerage, from client onboarding
and property marketing to negotiations and closing deals.
Responsibilities.
- Assist in managing residential listings, client
inquiries, and viewings.
- Support the team in preparing marketing
materials and property presentations.
- Maintain accurate client and property databases.
- Participate in market research, pricing
analyses, and property inspections.
- Build lasting relationships with landlords,
tenants, and buyers.
- Learn to negotiate, close deals, and deliver
exceptional client service.
Academic Qualifications & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or a related
field.
- Additional Details
- Location: On-site, Karen, Nairobi
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Engagement: Full-time (Graduate Trainee, with
potential for permanent placement based on performance)
