Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various
sources (surveys, databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and
user behaviour using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Create insightful dashboards and visualizations
(Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). Prepare clear, concise reports that
communicate findings to management and clients.
- Maintain and update company databases while
ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide data-driven insights to support
strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fresh graduate in Data Science | Statistics |
Information Technology | Business Analytics | Computer Science
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables,
formulas, charts) and SQL
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy,
Matplotlib) or R
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other
data visualization tools
- Strong numerical and analytical ability
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and
problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and time management
skills
- (Bonus) Understanding of the real estate
industry or exposure to business analytics projects
