dt Sacco invites applications from qualified, self-driven, and target-oriented
staff to fill the position of Customer Relationship Assistant. The position supports the SACCO’s growth through
deposit mobilization, new member recruitment, and promotion of products and
services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new members and mobilize deposits from
existing and potential clients.
- Promote and cross-sell SACCO products and
services.
- Identify and refer potential loan clients to the
credit team.
- Participate in marketing drives, field visits,
and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with SACCO procedures and KYC
requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- KCSE certificate – Minimum qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business,
Cooperative Management, or related field will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work with minimal
supervision.
- Candidates with experience in sales and
marketing, customer service, motorbike riding coupled (with a valid
driving license) will have an added advantage.
Remuneration
- Retainer plus commission based on performance.
